Trail running tours in Europe

Run some of the most famous mountain trails in Europe, from the Tour du Mont Blanc and the Alta Via 1 to the Tor des Géants. You run light from hut to hut while we take care of the accommodation and, on many tours, your luggage.

Routes for strong mountain runners

Our trail running tours follow classic long-distance routes in the Alps: around Mont Blanc through France, Italy and Switzerland, across the Dolomites, around Monte Rosa in the Aosta Valley, and through Graubünden on the Via Grischuna and around the Bernina massif. In Austria, the King Dachstein trail circles the Dachstein massif. Most routes are challenging or advanced, with long climbs and high passes; the tour in Valle Maira, Piedmont, has shorter options and suits more levels.

Self-guided or guided

Most trail running tours are self-guided: you get the route, the hut bookings and travel documents, and depending on the tour, luggage transfer and GPS data. The Tor des Géants tour runs as a guided group. The season is summer, when the high trails are free of snow. Check our level guide to see what each grade means in distance and ascent.
